Book Review: Dead and Kicking (A Ghost Dusters Mystery #3) by Wendy Roberts

Sadie Novak cleans up crime scenes for a living and is also blessed-or cursed- with the gift of second sight. This time she's digging out the home of a compulsive hoarder. She discovers unexpected things, including an angry ghost who wants her to go away. And there are even more secrets beneath the surface that someone will kill to keep buried...

Dead and Kicking is the third book in Wendy Roberts' A Ghost Dusters Mystery series.  It's a paranormal/supernatural mystery series with plenty of spook and lots of funny.

Sadie is an endearing main character who tries to use her power of second sight to send ghosts on to the hereafter.  Things don't always go so well for her.  She has trouble with vehicles, family, and her boyfriend.  But she has her pet rabbit, Hairy to go home to at night.

The book is paced well and easy to read.  You don't have to read the first two books to enjoy this one, although I personally prefer to read series from the beginning.  Give Ghost Dusters, any book in the series, a try!

I give this book 3 Bookworms.
